As I am really into healthy food I would
like to share few of my favourite healthy recipes, one for every meal of the
day. They are really easy to prepare, even to someone who is not into cooking
(like me for instance).
So, let’s get started!
Breakfast is most important meal of the day
and early in the morning I like to make myself a chicken sandwich.
How
to prepare a chicken sandwich?
You will need:
-2 slices cooked chicken
-½ small avocado, diced
-chopped red onion
-coriander leaves
-halved cherry tomatoes
-slice wholemeal seeded bread
Preparation:
1.
Top bread with chicken then add
avocado, red onion, coriander and cherry tomatoes.

My favourite lunch meal is absolutely turkey
salad.
It is easy to make, healthy and above all-delicious!
You will need:
-Turkey slices
-One fourth head of lettuce
-Cherry tomatoes
- ½ Can of Sweetcorn
-1 big carrot
- Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese
- Extra native olive oil
-Balsamic vinegar
-Yogurt dressing (not necessary)
Preparation:
1.
Get a bowl and a head of
lettuce. Make sure you wash the lettuce well. Break the leaves off, wash them
one more time and shred them in tinier pieces. Put that in a bowl.
2.
Chop up the vegetables, wash
them (if necessary) and throw in with the salad. (The carrot has to be peeled!)
3.
Slice mozzarella and add some
oil, vinegar and yogurt dressing if you want(it is not so healthy but it is
more delicious that way)
4.
Meanwhile bake turkey slice for
couple of minutes, cut it into smaller pieces if you want and throw it in with
the salad.
5.
At the and just toss the
salad and it is ready to be served.
For dinner I
usually prepare myself a smoothie. It is a delicious, nutritious beverage with
high satiety. And of course, really easy to prepare.
Two of my
favourites are green smoothie and banana-strawberry smoothie.
You will need:
-1 orange,
peeled
-2 bananas,
peeled
-1 cup tightly
packed organic spinach
-1 low-calorie yogurt
-few ice cubes
(optional)
Preparation:
1.
Chop bananas and orange into
tinier pieces.
2.
Add all ingredients to a blender
with a few ice cubes (if you want) and blend on high to combine.
3.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
2. Banana-strawberry smoothie
You will need:
-3-4 strawberries, washed
-1 low-calorie yogurt
-few ice cubes (optional)
×Preparation is the same
as for the green smoothie.
